Should we make reservations in advance?
Yes, most definately. Jetski rentals and parasailing are very popular, and during the peak summer months we have many visitors who seek fun and excitement in their vacation.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do. We require 24 hours advance notice before your departure time. You must speak to an employee of K.S. Watersports to cancel your booking, not a message left on our machine or an email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Travellers cheque, and cash. To secure a jetski tour or timeslot you must pay up front in full with a credit card.
What Experience do you need to participate in the tours?
No experience is required to participate in our Parasail and Jet Ski tours. Beginners are welcomed. Instructions will be provided to all participants before departing.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather is bad and the tour operator or driver sees it unfit to go out in, you will be refunded in full, or re-scheduled on a different day or time if desired.

Jet Ski FAQs
|
|
|
How long are the tours?
Regular Tours are 75 minutes long.
How many skis go out at one time?
Up to six jetskis per tour guide. This is to ensure that groups are able to ask questions and hear what the tour guide has to say.
How old do you have to be to drive?
By law, you must be 16 years or older to drive a jet ski. You can be any age to participate as a passenger.
What should we bring to wear?
Generally you should bring a towel and a bathingsuit. It is recommended that you are wearing your bathingsuit prior to the tour due to the lack of changing facilities here. Some other things to consider are waterproof cameras, sunblock, sunglasses, and a small plastic bottle of water. It is not recommended to bring hats because they will not stay on during the tour.
Do we have to take a tour?
Yes, it is by law that all rental jetskis are accompanied by a tour guide in Bermuda. The guided tour however is a lot of fun, and most people who are skeptical at first come back saying it was better than if they had gone out on their own. Nobody knows our island like we do, and we know all the best places to take our guests.

Parasail FAQ's
|
|
|
Why are there no set scheduled times for Parasailing listed?
This is because each day can be slightly different from week to week. Please call (441) 297-4155 for availability and times.
How long do you get up in the air?
Normally you will be up in the air for around 8-10 minutes. You can be on the boat anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the group size.
What is the maximum amount of people that can go on the boat at one time?
The boat can take a maximum of 12 people at one time.
I have heard that when parasailing, some operators prefer to use a sit down chair instead of a harness - which one do you use?
We use an independant harness that fits adults and children of all sizes. We can fly two people at one time depending on the total weight of both persons and wind conditions. An added benefit is that you are able to see a lot more when you are secured in a harness as opposed to a sit down chair.
Is there a weight limit to go parasailing?
The maximum weight limit should not exceed 350lbs.
Can two people go up together?
Yes they can, but keep in mind that both people can not exceed 350lbs, and the wind directions that day can varry the total maximum weight allowed. In the end the Capitan will determine whether 2 people can go up together.
Can we take pictures while parasailing?
Yes you can. It would be adviseable to bring a waterproof camera or a camera with a strap that can go around your neck. Please be advised that bringing any personal belongings with you will be at your own risk.
I do not want to go up parasailing but I would like to go on the boat and watch. Is this possible?
Yes it is possible but only if the boat isn't full. We reserve the spots on the boat for people who are going parasailing. If there is room available just before departure time you will be allowed to go on the boat for a minimal fee.
