THINGS TO KNOW

• Airhead tube holds up to 3 average size adults at a time (perfect for 1, 2 or 3 persons at a time)
• Participants must be at least 5 years of age
• Maximum weight limit per person must not exceed 250lbs. (For safety reasons)
• Minimum weight limit per person must not exceed 50lbs. (For safety reasons)
• Tubing adventures are not recommended for persons with limited mobility, who are pregnant or who have had any serious medical/heart or neck/back related conditions or operations recently. (Participants must be in good physical health). Guests with mobility problems, heart/back/neck problems or who are pregnant should not participate in this tubing activity
• Participants must be able to pull themselves up out of the water and back onto the tube with no assistance
• All guests must be able to swim
• All participants must have a basic understanding of the English Language (for safety reasons)
• Private Charter Cancellation Policy: Within 30 Days (Full Refund less 10% total tubing charter cost) | Within 14 Days (75% Refund) | Within 7 Days (50% Refund) | Within 72 Hours (No Refund). (You must call and speak with a K.S. WaterSports representative to cancel. We can also move a reservation for you to another day or time as long as this request is done prior to the 30 day advance notice period)

* Guests will not be permitted to partake on this tubing adventure if they do not know how to swim. This will be asked and checked for all participants prior to activity departure)

GUESTS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IF THEY

• Exceed 250lbs in weight (for safety reasons)
• Are under 50lbs in weight (for safety reasons)
• Are under 5 years’ old
• Are 60 years or older and do not possess a letter from their doctor stating that they are in good physical health to participate in this activity.
• Do not know how to swim or do not feel comfortable swimming or being in the ocean.
• Are pregnant or have any existing medical conditions that put them and others at risk.
• Have limited mobility issues or disabilities.
• Do not have a basic understanding of the English Language.
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. (If you are seen with alcohol in your possession or our staff detect an alcohol smell upon check in, you will be denied the right to participate)
